STEP #1
RESET YOUR MECHANICS

It's all about mechanics. It's when your machinery works whenever/however you need it.

And I'm talking about your hands so get your mind out of the gutter :P

We're going to take a closer look at your left-hand grip and how it should be for 100% optimal stamina, relaxation, and accuracy.

Next we'll cover right-handed techniques like alternate picking and sweeping. You'll learn how to move your wrist and how to NOT use it to set yourself up for high speeds in the near future.

HOW IT WORKS

STEP #2
RHYTHMIC AWARENESS

WAY too many guitarists skip over this. It's not your fault. It's just the need for speed that often distracts our sense of discipline.

You're going to learn to harness the true power of the metronome. Listen, the way you've been taught on YouTube just doesn't work for at-home guitarists.

You're going to master how to take the metronome a few steps further through a method I call "The Cycling Method".

I promise you. I 100% guarantee that if you master this method you'll be playing with the best of 'em. And it'll only take months to get there with the right level of work ethic.

STEP #3
"THE CYCLING METHOD"

The key here is to take licks or lines that you are already familiar with and break them down in to fragments that you can cycle over and over without fail.

See, the key to speed with ease takes a heavy load of exercise. Yes, exercise.

We're going to practice in a way that allows you to increase your ability to execute accurate technical facility over longer periods of time while weeding out habits.
